How do we help?

Pre-Construction Consultation

We work with you to turn ideas into build-ready projects. We help you navigate the complexities of pre-construction planning to minimise your risks, costs, and pain points.

Feasibility
Studies

Feasibility studies tell you how feasible it is to build your project. With this study, you get a clearer picture of a project's time and costs, crucial for making informed development decisions.

Zoning &
Permitting

Our team analyses the local zoning and permitting requirements necessary for your project. We advise and guide your team throughout the permitting process.

Budgetary
Assessment

Our budgetary assessment studies the total cost of the project including an estimation of the build cost. We compile this into a donor / investor-ready document.

Blueprint

Pricing

As a non-profit, our aim is to make affordable housing development an affordable process for you. We do this by charging far-below market rate, or even nothing at all for our pre-construction services. We also offer flexible deferred payment plans. To learn more schedule a call with us today!

Case Study: Housing Co-Op

A non-profit housing co-op is looking to renovate & modernise a few of its units. The co-op board needs help designing a proposal to be voted on by its board. FHA is called to help. FHA produces a feasibility study and a budgetary assessment that clearly lays out the estimated timeline and cost in a report format while also identifying project risks.
